Remember that your employer’s goals do not include your prosperity. Every dollar that he pays you reduces the corporation’s profits by that dollar. The less he pays you, the more successful he is. Employment is a win-lose game. If he wins, you lose. I you win, he loses. Employers realize this, but employees often do not.
